Joel Reinstein Yeah, that's something I couldn't figure out how to work in. How the war on terror in some respects actually is like trying to eliminate fear and uncertainty from life, a ridiculous paranoid nightmare. (cheney's 1% doctrine comes to mind.)

Wisconsin added manufacturing jobs for the third straight month in March, building on employment gains in a sector that dominates the state's economy and continues to lead the nation out of a downturn that took hold more than two years ago.

"Low and middle income people would lose tax credits worth about $49.4 million over two years, the new Legislative Fiscal Bureau report said. Those affected most by Walker's proposal would include low-income families who qualify for the earned income tax credit program, and low-income homeowners who receive tax rebates under the homestead tax credit."
