Board sets three recall elections for July 12 - JSOnline

"Madison - State election officials ordered July 12 recall elections on Monday for three Republican state senators, setting the stage for what could be an unprecedented summer of recall elections.

The Government Accountability Board, which runs state elections, voted unanimously to schedule the recall elections against Sens. Dan Kapanke of LaCrosse, Randy Hopper of Fond du Lac and Luther Olsen of Ripon.

Next week it will consider recall petitions against six other senators. In all, citizens are seeking to recall nine senators - six Republicans and three Democrats - for their stances on the fight over Gov. Scott Walker's plan to greatly limit the ability of public employees to engage in labor negotiations."

The voter SUPPRESSION bill will likely become law this Wednesday.
Here's Senator Erpenbach's take on why this is a terrible idea.

As much as I hoped it wouldn't be the case last November, it appears that Gov. Rick Snyder is nothing more than a velvet-gloved austerity hound hell bent on engineering the dismantling of Michigan's government and economy.

My friend John Nichols writes glowingly of labor’s “smart” new plan “to build on the protest and politics model developed in Wisconsin, where mass protests against anti-labor initiatives signaled an opening for labor to go on the offensive.” Meanwhile, “key unions will be putting all their politica

I am planning an interview here in Madison at the GAB of a GAB official, can we crowdsource what specific questions you would want to get official answers to? Please reply ( or msg me) with questions that refer to specific anomalies and also regarding the process they are claiming to certify this election as fair, accurate or without fraud.

I am sending an email to all election dept. of the WI GAB - anyone else want to do the same? this is it:
I would like to know if you are going to just ignore this recount and all it's anomalies as being ok and normal. Why wasn't Kathy Nickolaus's computer sequestered immediately? Is it a coincidence that Kathy has reported this "human error" repeated over the time she has had the clerk's position (at least 4 times) and each time it was after the numbers were reported, after finding out the candidate who lost according to the reported votes was a Republican and the votes she found were always enough for that Republican to take the lead and win. Coincidence? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize --- Wisconsin, we have a problem!!!

Just what exactly is your job? Are you afraid to expose election tampering? Are you afraid to dig deep to find that someone/several are involved in election fraud? Is this not your responsibility? If not, then turn it over to someone who will do the job that needs to be done to expose what's happening to our elections here in WI (and around the country). No need to be concerned about voter ID - why vote if they don't count? - just eliminate the government and laws altogether! Why have a GAB if they aren't going to take honest action?

There is much more I could cover, but I wanted to share what I have found so far.

I suppose it could be asked, "How many people will REALLY be affected by all these changes?" That is a very hard question to answer without doing an extensive survey/study years after launching these changes in order for people to feel their effects. I think it is safe to assume that at least SOME people will be negatively affected by these changes, but by the time we could make that determination, the damage of voter disenfranchisement will already have been done. I guess the question I would ask is, "Do we want to make it harder for law-abiding citizens to exercise their rights because we THINK we can flush out some folks who MAY be breaking the law, despite no evidence to support that theory?"

Isn't interesting that as we get to the finish line, that Prosser catches up and passes Kloppenburg in Waukesha? Why did they spend the final two weeks of the recount in Waukesha after recounting the other 71 counties two weeks ago? May 20 Update: http://richardcharnin.com/WIVoteCounts

Rachel this morning asked her fans what we are seeing today. This is what I told her: I see the WI Supreme Court Vote/Recount proven fraudulent. I see 50 consecutive ballots for Prosser in a city where Kloppenburg had 75%. If true, it is absolute MATHEMATICAL proof of fraud using a simple probability calculation: Prob = 0.25 ^ 50 or 1 in 1,267,650,600,228,230,000,000,000,000,000 !!! THAT'S WHAT I SEE

Here is another comment you can "LIKE" on the Maddow link from | Sue Trace | Election Fraud in WI. The GAB will certify the results and we have no idea if Kloppenburg will push for an investigation. There is incredible pressure for her to sweep it under the rug, because noone is covering the sloppiness and poor security. This is the day the democracy truly will have died in WI. "The fight over the budget may soon be over, but the fight to protect and strengthen the middle class is just beginning," said Laura Kropp, a Utica teacher, Mt. Clemens school board member and small business owner who spoke at the rally. "If the politicians won't listen to us here in Lansing, then we're prepared to take this fight back to their home districts to let residents know how these cuts to education would hurt working families. We are the people of Michigan, and it's time for our leaders to stop the power struggles, protect our schools, and start working together to create jobs."
