As a retired member of the Wisconsin State Patrol and an instructor in constitutitonal law to federal law enforcement officers, I'm heatsick and shocked that you condone excessive police actions under "serious stress." You do the police no favors. What you--and all of us--need to do is rise up in MORAL OUTRAGE that Gov Walker is using the State Patrol illegally; that State Patrol Superintendent Fitzgerald (yes, the Fitzgerald brothers' daddy) is willingly putting them in this situation every day, and that NO ONE in the State Patrol apparently has the guts to put a leash on the few who act wrongly."

I just found this interview today. Spoonamore is a computer security expert who specializes in banking system auditing and security. Diebold gives him access to ATM code, but NOT Voting Machine code. Ask yourself why. He tells you the answe...r. He agrees that voters should be allowed to audit their vote and software experts be allowed to audit the voting system code. It's not rocket science. Madison, Wisc...] Madison's union protesters joined USUNCUT's national campaign to protest Apple stores on Saturday. The liberal groups accuse Apple of not paying their fair share of taxes. Police say initial reports put the crowd at 50 people at the Apple store in Madison's West Town Mall, but by the time officers arrived more than a half hour later, there were only 8 protesters. Those people then were allowed to leave of their own freewill.
One Apple store employee said they wanted to press charges; however, there were no arrests made, nor was a police report filed on the incident..
