The BRAD BLOG : EXCLUSIVE: WI State Election Board Failed to Review Minutes from Waukesha County 'Recount' Before Certifying Supreme Court Election Results
So Kloppenburg dropped the fight. I understand. It's been a long awful slog- and giving up may preserve career, sanity, and bank account.
Unfortunately, everyone else across the nation in the same shoes has done the same so far… Christine Jennings, Gore, Kerry, so many others. It's a shame for the people of Wisconsin and the nation.

    • Bill Bucolo This is a failure of courage which I lay not so much at the candidate, but at the feet of our law enforcement people regionally and national. They refuse to take on the people behind this attack on our nation… which is exactly what this systematic nation wide pattern of vote theft and silence reveals.

In Florida, For those who say they can't understand why Rick Scott was elected, I say don't be so sure he was.
Remember, we don't see the votes counted. I don't believe Scott won.
Keep in mind what just happened in Wisconsin with the Klo...ppenburg/Prosser race, what happened in Ohio with the Kerry/Bush race, what happened in Florida, San Diego, Virginia, etc.
The failures of courage to pursue appeals and recounts with accontability I lay at the feet of our law enforcement people, regionally and national. They refuse to take on the people behind this persistent attack on our nation… which is exactly what this systematic nation wide pattern of vote theft and silence reveals.

The brain/blood barrier between state and federal law is necessary, but it was breached to good cause in the 50's to allow Americans to vote. It's time the Feds stepped into this mess again for the same reasons. Now Americans are voting, but their votes are being lost, diluted by ballot stuffing, flipped, etc. The evidence is conclusive to those with honest eyes. We're reaching a tipping point, and it's time for people with more heft than the average bear to start pushing too.

“We all know the struggles public schools face with declining per pupil funding. We have seen Governor Snyder's plan for the future. The following link is a fund raiser trailer for Greenhills, the school Snyder has his daughter enrolled in. They're fund raising because $20,000 per year per student is not enough to properly educate a child. This trailer shows what Snyder wants in a school for *his* children.”

"We are a training and research center that provides on-site instruction and resources to state and local election officials, poll workers and interested voters on how to run secure hand-counted paper ballots elections and recounts. Hand-counted paper ballots elections are a solution to the fraud and error associated with the use of electronic voting machines (both touchscreens / DRE’s and optical scans) and the control of our elections by a privatized electronic voting machine industry."

Citizens United: The Shareholders Strike Back | Mother Jones

"NorthStar's decision to pressure Home Depot dates back to the summer of 2010, when the fund's staffers watched controversy engulf big-box store Target over its political donations. Long seen as an advocate of the gay community, Target was boycotted for its $150,000 donation to a group named Minnesota Forward that ran ads in support of GOP gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer, who opposes same-sex marriage rights. The boycott spawned pickets, viral videos, and angry Facebook groups with names like "Boycott Target Until They Cease Funding Anti-Gay Politics." Target defended its donation, then apologized, but the backlash caused the company's stock to plunge by 3.5 percent, or $1.3 billion, in the weeks after the Minnesota Forward donation became public.

Those losses caught Goodridge's eye. She says her firm took action out of a fiduciary duty to its investors, and to avoid a similar controversy embroiling Home Depot. As Goodridge points out, there's a similar conflict between Home Depot's stated policy toward gays and the anti-gay positions of candidates funded by Home Depot's eponymous political action committee. For instance, in 2006, the PAC donated $1,000 to Kansas Republican Sam Brownback, now the state's governor and a supporter of a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage, and gave $10,000 to help Bob McDonnell's gubernatorial campaign in Virginia. McDonnell is a staunch opponent of workplace protections for LGBT state employees." Read More | Mother Jones

Wisconsin Supreme Court Race Is A Wake Up Call for Election Fraud

Wisconsin Supreme Court Race Is A Wake Up Call for Election Fraud

"And then, in my favorite episode of “election irregularities”, Brad Blog found ballot bags with serial numbers that were never recorded on election night. Now, remember that clerk Nickolaus told us that these ballots weren’t “missing” they were counted that night, but she simply didn’t save them properly to her computer.

If she didn’t save them properly, but they existed, then where is the serial number that goes to this bag? Oddly, after all of these votes were counted during the recall, they added up pretty closely to the revised numbers Nickolaus announced days after election night.

So you may be asking yourself, what did the GAB rely upon to certify this election? We’ve heard that the GAB reviewed the ballots and this race is done, so how did they do it? In addition to hand counts, they used poll tapes. And what did the Brad Blog find, but election night poll tapes from Waukesha’s City of Pewaukee dated March 30th, seven days prior to the April 5th election. These were used to certify the race. They said they were going to do a handcount, and they did, but the problem is that they included all of the ballots whose dubious chain of secure custody and ripped bags would lead a reasonable person to investigate further.

Leading up to this “certification”, we had further odd behavior from the previously legally embattled Nickolaus, who never showed the canvassers the ballot bags during the original canvass, which she ordered earlier than normal. In fact, she never told them at all about the “found” 14,000 votes.

These facts were all documented in the minutes of the recount, but the GAB never reviewed the minutes"Full Article

We’re not broke nor will we be
"Despite the rhetoric, it is clear that “we” as a nation are not broke. While the recession has led to job loss and shrinking incomes in recent years, the economy has produced substantial gains in average incomes and wealth over the last three decades, and economists agree that we can expect comparable growth over the next three decades as well. Between 1980 and 2010, income per capita grew 66.4%, and wealth per capita grew 73.2%. Over the next 30 years, per capita income is projected to grow by a comparable 60.6%. In other words, “we” are much richer as a nation than we used to be and can expect those riches to rise substantially in the future."

EPI Refutes Budget Cutters’ ‘We’re Broke’ Claim | AFL-CIO NOW BLOG
"It goes like this—“We’re going broke we can’t afford it.” It’s almost a mantra from the crowd of lawmakers and policy “experts” who are loudly and continually claiming the nation must make drastic cuts in family-help government programs; cut wages, pension and health care for public-sector workers and who also suggest working families should be satisfied with three decades of stagnant wages.

That’s just not true, writes Economic Policy Institute (EPI) President Larry Mishel, in a new briefing paper, We’re Not Broke, Nor Will We Be.

Nevertheless, while these claims have little in the way of truth, politicians and pundits have successfully used them to promote budget cutbacks and the notion that employers cannot afford decent pay and benefits."
