The GAB is trying to do an end around by eliminating the point of contention, Waukesha! We cannot and should not accept their decision on this basis. If they are to fulfill their obligastion to the people of Wisconsin then they MUST be publically accountable and release the Waukesha minutes. They should retract their previous decision immediately. To do otherwise would be a failure of their trust and an abridgement of law.
