"Kloppenburg has until today to review the official minutes from all the counties recount efforts and decide if she legally wants to challenge the GABs certification of the election, problem is the GAB in phone conversations have admitted they don't have the minutes from Waukesha!!!"

And how can the GAB have certified the election results without even seeing the official minutes from Waukesha County? How is this being bi-partisan?
