About The CCPA

The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives is an independent, non-partisan research institute concerned with issues of social, economic and environmental justice. Founded in 1980, the CCPA is one of Canada’s leading progressive voices in public policy debates.

Making It Count is the CCPA’s 2011 federal election blog, designed to bring you expert analysis and commentary on the issues that will—or should—define the election. Staff and research associates from the CCPA will weigh in on everything from the economy and federal finances to the social and environmental challenges facing our country.

The views expressed on this blog are those of the individual contributors, and do not necessarily represent the views of the CCPA.
