Richard T. Rapscallion Jr. It sounds like this would mean that public prison labor would not be allowed unless it comes from a privatized prison. I did not read the entire Bill but I'm sure ALEC thought of everything.- Jonny Cache They *say* it doesn't touch public schools, but we have seen this kind of privatization creep before, and the bill is written so fuzzily that it leaves enough creep to drive a Mackinac Truck through a lottery-funded tunnel to Canada.45 minutes ago ·
