THE CHARGE FOR VIDEOING WAS DISMISSED

Thank goodness Jim remembered to take off his tin-foil party hat before going to Court this morning to represent Arthur for his October 20 charges for videoing in the Gallery and "resisting/obstructing arrest."

THE CHARGE FOR VIDEOING WAS DISMISSED, and the "resisting" charge was reduced from a State charge to a County charge. Jim had to get off the phone, so I don't know the consequence or the next steps for the now-reduced resisting charge, but he wanted me to let people know right away about the dismissal on the video case.
