Instead, the Staunton, Virginia based writer, designer and high-heeled survivalist is editing Transition Voice, a new online magazine on peak oil and the coming life of earthy labor and, hopefully, sexy corsets, or rather, nicer manners.

Because conservation is the top strategy to address energy decline and climate change while retaining a meaningful and pleasurable quality of life, she’s now writing Lindsay’s List, a daily tips blog on conservation for individuals, families, communities, business and government.
