Part of a longer video.On October 25 a group of people were arrested for silently filming the WI Assembly from the gallery. During the first of many arrests Capitol Police and WI State Troopers grope at Thi while walking her out of the gallery.
Thi was brought to jail and has a bail set at $1,000. She is not planning on paying her bail as a protest to her unconstitutional arrest.
