WHAT IS SEE RED: HEAR ME?

A day when those who are actually involved in public education have a chance to talk to the public about what is truly going on in our public education system.

WHO DO YOU MEAN BY "THOSE WHO ARE ACTUALLY INVOLVED?"
...
Teachers, paraprofessionals, school custodians, school nurses, school bus drivers, parents, and students.

SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

All you need to do is wear red on Saturday, April 30th and wear a pin, a button, a shirt, or hold a sign that says "Ask me about public education." Then, when people approach you to ask about public education, tell them everything you know: what teachers really do on a day-to-day basis, the extra duties that teachers perform for free because they care about their students, how over-reliance on testing has taken the educating out of education; in other words, share THE TRUTH about public education.
