Ryan Hill, an extras casting director on "Ides," describes how he considered leaving Michigan several years ago when his work in production on commercials began to dry up.

"Then, wham, the incentives happened and I was able to stay. I was able to keep my house. I was able to pay my bills and keep working for the last three years," he says.

Now Hill is contemplating moving again. "If the incentive goes away and all this work goes away, there's no reason for me to stay in Michigan at this point."
