LANSING, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – On Tuesday a controversial emergency management bill has passed the Michigan House of Representatives.
The bill passed the Republican-led chamber by a 62 to 48 vote. The bill has already passed the Senate, which means it now heads to Governor Rick Snyder for his signature.
