Did the GOP Steal the Wisconsin Recall Elections? A True Vote Analysis « Richard Charnin's Blog

Richard Charnin posted to Election Integrity

In a pre-election post, I indicated that only election fraud could keep the Democrats from winning three of the six GOP recall elections. They won two. This post-election analysis indicates that they did much better than that. They may very well have won all six.

Jacqueline Janecke hhmm, obama WON all 6 districts where the recalls took place. stunning nugget richard. i'm guessing we won 5 out of the 6 races. there's too much (economic) pain in wisconsin, rural or not, for people to have continued to support the GOP. thanks for this rc.

Dael V Escher Nusbaum, no votes in nortoriously voting dem areas... 4! "According to the unofficial tally, Nusbaum received no votes in four Kaukauna precincts. That in itself is an anomaly"

I am RIGHT with him on this rant. I've been saying it for years. Until we get campaign finance reform and get this MONEY out of the hands of politicians, we WILL NOT turn this country around. The banking system is corrupt and the corporations are taking over. Please listen well to Dylan Ratigan. He is on the right track!

In recall elections, Republicans in Wisconsin paid a price for their anti-union law, even if Democrats had hoped for more.

"Recall elections are extremely difficult to win; only two had succeeded in the state in the last 80 years. The districts lean Republican, and getting people to turn out in an unusual off-year election is always a struggle. Had Democrats won one more district, they would control the Senate, but they were also trying to send a warning to Republican lawmakers around the country who are trying to break public employee unions. In that, they succeeded."

Excellent footage, Nirtana! I think you captured the flavor of the day very well. Also, your video shows quite well the layout of the parking lot. We were prohibited from walking up to people in the parking lot "for safety reasons" even if ...there were no moving vehicles in or enterring the parking lot and there were plenty of empty parking spaces. I was asked to move away from a window when another volunteer was video recording me because I was "obstructing the view" of the police officer inside the building even though there are cameras monitoring the entire parking lot. Another police officer asked me to leave the area near the exit door when I was on a phone call and there were no voters to be seen. I wasn't polling anyone, just standing in the shade while answering a phone call. The officer said I had papers in my hand (they were a note book and a copy of a letter from the GAB) so he couldn't be sure I wasn't polling people. These are just a few examples of the "welcome" we received at that site.See More
